Therefore, it is urgent to solve the problem of large overall dimension, width and height of transposed conductor of transformer winding, that is, to solve the unqualified quality problem of increasing radial and transverse diameter of transformer coil caused by wire.

Analyze the influencing factors of equipment and processing methods:

1. The shift head stop number of the shift conductor production line is not suitable. In production, the shift head stop is used according to the wire gauge, the shift distance is large, the tightness of the shift conductor is reduced, and the size will be large. It is one of the main factors leading to the poor overall dimension of transposition conductor.

2. Although the size of enamelled wire is within the acceptable range, the overall size of transposed wire is easy to be poor for products with small winding coil diameter and a large number of single enamelled wires of transposed wire. It is the second main factor leading to the poor overall dimension of transposition conductor.

3. The mold size control is not suitable. Although it is within the qualified range, the size of the mold size repair for a batch of products is the upper deviation, which is the third main factor leading to the poor overall size of the transposition conductor.
